name this part

anyone know the name of this part??. i know this girl who will give me a discount on the part if i know the name of it or possibly the part #.. it's the round black metal part that the strut bearing sits on..

mine is all bent from hittin a pothole in DC so if anyone could help out i'd appreciate it.. TIA...

i can't really make out, but u can check both of these,
(1) Strut Mounting- Insulator Assy. 54320-40U02, $22 per pc.
(2) Spring Seat - 54036-39U00, $15.50 per pc.

its one of these, can't be anything else.

that is the upper spring seat, the strut mount goes on top, and since your replacing the spring seat, mind as well replace the strut mount, could have been damaged along with the spring seat.
