I'm PLANNING on going w/ Tein S-Techs ~$140 shiped (ebay) and KYB AGX ~$360 shipped (ebay) and KYB Dustboots/bumpstops. My question to all you AGX buyers, how did you get them for 250, 300, 330, so cheap? Also, whats the cheapest place for the KYB Dustboots/bumpstops?? I'll be lowering soon when I get the rest of the cash, I'm almost there.

Alright then; however, I found myself unwilling to wait for "if problems occur" after lowering, instead I chose to prevent problems from occuring. Different way of doing things I guess...:-)

From where did you got that springs n shocks? Also how is your cars handling now? is it bouncier?

flag here. Unless you drop the car less than an inch or have no idea what irregular tread wear is, there is no way the tires wear evenly.

WIZARD last I checked only some coilovers come complete with no assembly needed. As long as you get new springs and struts you will need spring compressors. You still need to take the stock assemblies apart to re-use the bushings, mounting plates, etc.

Oops, my bad. I figured most came assembled. Guess I was spoiled with my HKS coilovers that I installed on my Supra....came fully assembled. And I almost bought JIC's for the Max, and those come fully assembled from what I hear. With the Progress Technology coilovers, I didn't need spring compressors to assemble them, but I did need them to take apart my stock suspension to re-use the bushings, mounting plates etc etc... I forgot about that. Good catch.

So, Dave, I'm to understand that with a drop of two or three inches that I would for sure need a camber kit? What about the rear wheels? Would there be wacky tread wear back there?
