dawalkster is craving Bojangles Join Date: Jan 2004 iTrader: (0) Posts: 736	painting header heat shield this weekend i painted my spark plug cover with some black engine enamal and after i was finished with that i had a lot of paint left over so i was looking for something to paint. i noticed that my header shield was looking pretty rough with some rust here and there so i decided to give it a nice paint up tonight. taking the thing off was a biatch so putting it back on prolly wont be a picnic either, but i was wondering if anyone else has painted their header cover.

it fades even with engine enamel? does the clear have to be high temp?
