I heard that there is a difference between

Can gap be off from factory??

Gap tool is typically round with a lip that increases gradually. The lip as hash marks for each size and measures small to large (typically in mm). $1.00 at Autozone...

About 1 in 5 (in my experience) factory pre-gapped spark plugs are not to spec.

Dont waste your money on the 1.00 round gap tools. Get a good set of feeler/blade gapper.

no, iridium is not needed especially if your N/A and not making enough power.

gap for splug should be .035~.044.
