I've seen this on civics, and personally, it made a civic look more retarded that it already is. Don't do it to your Maxima!

Flip flop hood and trunk with lambo-doors would be a nice theme for the freakiest car in the org.

You're in Norfolk, Ma - I'm in Walpole (15 minutes away) - I'll ruin your car for WAY less than $50.

nobody that I know of has done it..

It's your car, your welcome to do whatever you like, but I think this mod would be a bad idea.

And for $50.. I bet it's a hunk of crap

First off that is a terrible idea especially on a 4 door car.
But if you're going to do it,
I believe that a real kit to give you lambo doors costs at the very least $1000. So compare that to your $50 and you tell me if you think it is a good idea.

yeah but i've also seen it on navigator's, escalades, and hummers and i thought it looked pretty pimp. to each his own. i think it'd be pretty pimp if you could get the front doors to open lambo style and then the rears to open up reverse lambo style or even suicide. too much to spend a max (expecially 4th gen) to make it worthwhile.

Looks like you'd be the first to try it on a 4th gen, tbombs.

I'm not going to say don't try it, because if you like it and you want to do it, go for it. I just don't think it's a good idea when the kit is only $50, it sounds too good to be true...

$50 lambo doors = $50 of duck tape to hold your doors on after they fall off

in person that white 5th gen looks pretty clean, minus the graphics... Him and his brother live here on the Island and i see them every so often at local shows. The kits they have is just a universal modded to fit their car. Cost was like $2,000 after install they were tellin me.

oh an tbomb to actually answer your question, to do it right, it would cost ALOT more than 50 bucks. if you did that kit i would be affraid that your door would fall off. if you choose to do it, go the right path and search around somemore

"This kit includes a Do-it-Yourself step by step instruction manual and a supplemental cd on how to convert your existing car doors into vertical scissor doors. "

hmm....does the kit include materials?....Because from what it sounds like its 50$ just for the Instructions/CD...

either way, a 4th gen with lambo doors would look like DUMBO

Now that I think about it.......this sounds like another SCAM! But it does say on the description that: This kit includes a Do-it-Yourself step by step instruction manual and a supplemental cd on how to convert your existing car doors into vertical scissor doors. It's a how-to for $50.......too pricey.
And that lambo-maxima with graphics look like a Pontiac GTO from the front.

i wasnt planning on spending $50 on lamborghini doors. first off $50 and lamborghini cant be in the same sentence. theres no way it could be even a close to decent kit for $50. if its just the how to step by step then maybe its not bad. but i was just curious. it seems kinda ricey but no one else has it. i was just seein if anyone used the kit and how it worked out im guessing it was too cheap for anyone to try out.
