for a na car u gain about 15whp but true potentials are noticeable with a jwt ecu with 7000 or 7200 redline.

Maximum Tuning on Long Island might be the best place to get in installed.

this isnt something a person could do them selves?

What does the install involve? I'm sure this has be gone over before but I want a big fan of the MEVI but I know suddenly have an interest in them now.

is it just taking off the stock manifold and putting the new one on, and routing appropriate lines? I know its more complexed but I summaried.

I also heard of people setting when it kicks in? so you turn it to turn on at a certain RPM?

I got a question. My mevi top is polished up. I just cleaned the living s h i t of all the carbon build up inside it. the rest of the mevi is dirty and I scrubbed it with soap and it doesnt clean up . So My question is can I use silver spray paint to paint it? The high temp. Paint? Will it look retarted?

Try it and find out, depends on your take on "retardeness"

5th generation maxima's have a built MEVI that outperforms the MEVI...slight higher end but more importantly, contsistent gains from low end to top end over mevi with no lossess like the mevi is known to produce in low end. Install is a little more complicated but if your going to go through the work, its better to jut get the top manifold/VI off an 00-01 maxima.
