Took some pics this morning of my CF kit.
They didnt come out as well as i figured due to the sunlight Iguess.
But here they are. I'll try again later with a different camera.

looks decent i guess. I don't like it on a white car.... but the CF will also get torn up by daily driving.

Kit is all carbon fiber. The pics I posted close up of the weave is from the side skirts. The lighting is crappy. They were taken this morning, should have waited till noon or late in the day.

The kit is made by ionicdyanmics and they make the side skirts in fiberglass as well.
As far as the kit getting torn up by daily driving, im sure any kit other then poly would get torn up if your not carefull. Ive had the lip on ever since it was first released and its survived so far. Thats been well over 6mo.
When you have a kit you have to be carefull not matter what its made of, even poly; unless you enjoy repainting and refitting it.

That is a 96 rear bumper correct? They make the 97-99 rear too? And a 95/96 front?

No, they make the rears for 95-96 but the front only for 97-99.
I did a front end conversion a while back so I was able to use the 97-99 lip.

looks pretty clean, but yeah, in a white car, cf sides and rear does look a little off but front looks awsome. its cool though. nice kit.

So hot. one of my most favorite maxs gets even hotter. way to go man.

edit: you should do sometthing neat with the trunk...say... a cf trunklid with a 350z aftermarket cf spoiler...could look awfully hot.

looks great man, the black on white looks awsome, and as someone say above, a CF trunk'll finish the look of hte car off.

Thanks for the compliments guys.
If your not a CF fan, this kit isnt for you.
Id really like to get the trunk,I know it would finish the CF theme but latley all the mods I have done are cosmetic. I havent added any new performance mods in a while so Im torn between those two.
With my daughters B day and Christmas coming up, whatever I do is going to have to wait for a while.

I am curious to put my white wheels back on to see how they look with my kit

i saw the CF lip on Tony Changs Sterling Mist 99 and i wasn't feeling it ither..

probably the only color i would say it would work for is black

Yeah, its definaltly a bold look. No suttleness at all with it. If your looking to stand out, its the way to go.
With a black car, it definalty flows into it better.

Looks hot dude...I dont have any problem with the contrast at all bc from far away it just looks like it has two tone paint or the grey plastic cladding on the lower body flanks like many cars have stock (Audi, G35 sedan, etc.) Sexier than ever man
