Can I borrow a tuner lugnut adapter?

I went to Harrisburg PA to pick up some wheels lastnight. But I came home and realized I couldn't find my tuner lugnut adapter to get my current wheels off..

Does anyone have any I can borrow for 10 minutes? We can meet up and I'll change out the tuner lugnuts with regular ones while you're there.

(I have the tuner lugnuts on my current wheels, but the wheels don't require tuner lugnuts. I just put on the tuner nuts because I didn't have any regular ones.)

Why not just buy one from a tire shop...they're like $5.
