Mod so side lights don't come on when parking lights are on?

Mod so side lights don't come on when parking lights are on?
I was just wondering if there was a mod to stop the side lights (the white ones that illuminate the side of the road) from coming on when the parking lights are on. I would prefer that just the orange parking lights illuminated instead of both. Any way to do this?
