Headlights: One brighter than the other

Just recently put in some Eurodesigns Xenon bulbs and they look great except one is noticeably brighter than the other. What could cause this and how does one fix it? Battery maybe?

it could also be a paritally burn wire harness. Halogen bulbs require higher wattage which draws high current from a stock gauge wire harness. This happened with my Mtec's and the left was a litlle dimmer then the right bulb(with both bulbs aiming straight)
