i have maxspeed.. ride is firm..not stiff.. mine is kinda stiff now cause i cut them ..drop is about inch and half.. wasnt good enough for me so i cut it..im about even with sprints now. good spring if u just want the look.. ride is good enough for every driving(uncut) if your semi agressive.. very agressive drivers will find these springs a little soft.. good bang for the buck.. but if you plan on autoxing .. not the right spring.

i had my maxspeeds installed with gr2s last week. the ride is noticably more firm, but not uncomfortably stiff. also the drop is not very low, but i'm putting 20s on and i didn't want too much rub. as for autocross, you can't beat coilovers.

autox.. eibach most likely... pretty stiff, but you still have suspension travel cause it's not an huge drop..1.4 i think.

if your rich.. jic-fic II coilover system.. real race driving.. stiff linear springs rates are the best.. cause its most predictable..

I've heard that dropzones are POS, they say they'll lower you 2" and they really don't and give you a sh!tty ride. but maxspeeds offer much better performance for the similar price = argueably best bang for the buck

The best riding and performing springs for our cars are H&R, Eibach and Progress. 5th Gens ride really nice on Progress springs.

You've got to keed in mind that lower isn't always better.

I have MaxSpeeds with KYB GR2's much better than the stock GXE ride - firmer, tighter in the corners, without being bouncy or harsh.
Drop was about 1.2-1.4 inches - still looks a bit 4x4 ish, but I still have 15s on there.
