spoiler problem

I have a 97 SE with a spoiler. The passenger side outter mounting location has dismounted it self.

Does anyone have any directions for mounting a spoiler so I can figure out jow it can be remounted?

Thanks

The same thing happened to my spolier on my 96, same side too!, You need to take it to a body shop.
