sprint springs not even???

alright... i've had sprint springs on my car for about a year and was wondering if anybody had problems with them not being even. my front sits a lot lower than my rear... even with passengers and a little system in the trunk. i was told that sprint regularly has problems with qc and springs not dropping a car to where both the front and rear are equal height. i'm sure it's not that the springs are still settling cus i've had them on there for awhile. any help would be great.

Yup, sprints aren't even. That's why you see a few people on the org, cut a coil in the rear to make them even. But some say, cutting a coil is bad though

You can cut them yourself, it's not hard to do. If I had the choice now of cutting my sprints or getting tein, I would have sold my sprints and gotten tein springs

so you would get the tein's eh? yeah i've been thinking of it... but the only thing is that i can spend the extra money on other stuff. i'll probably end up cutting them. r u sure that 1 coil would be correct to even the front and the rear out?

Yup, I have sprints and I cut 1 coil is good. I would say search, but search is down Most people that cut sprints only cut 1 coil.

i heard that cutting that dead coil does not affect the ride, just the height. Is that true?

If you don't count the hard jarring impact of hitting your bumpstops because you don't have enough suspension travel left, nope.

i'd never seen the cutting springs section in your site Drew. Thanks for your donation to the org with that site though. It just keeps getting better and better

Mine sit even, but the Stereo helps that out a lot. Without the stereo there is a deffinate difference
