Noises from passanger side axle....help please
So over the past 3 months and 1,000 miles, I've been experiencing a very annoying rubbing/grinding sound from my passanger's side wheel. I first thought it was my brake pads since they were looking kinda thin, so I changed them and resurfaced the rotors. I reassembled everything, and all was good for 30 miles. Then the noises started coming back. As I came to a stop from 40 MPH, the grinding noises begin to be apparent at about 20 MPH, and as I came to a complete stop, the sounds get louder and louder. Right before I stop I can feel a little vibration in the brake pedal and it sounds like rubber is being rubbed. I then removed the brake calipers and rotors and started the car and put it in drive. It still made the noises, so I think it's axle or wheel bearings related. When I reassembled everything, it was fine for another 90 miles. But lo and behold, the sound came back. Any help would be appreciated.
