PIAA Super Plasma. Not Super Plasma FX, or Super Plasma GT, or Super Plasma GTII, straight Super Plasma.
They match the HIDs so well, you would swear they were the same. They are not sold in the US, and the ones that are here are very expensive; typically $55-115.
They reflect a tiny hint of purple on the road surface, but you cannot see it looking directly at them. People may tell you not to waste your money on PIAA, and for some series of the bulbs its true; but the Super Plasma series is worth every penny and they have no blue whatsoever.
I don't have any pics, I sold my Maxima; they are now in my 300ZX TT.

IMO blue is very relative. If your car is under yellow or orange-toned street lights, your headlights will look blue (Phillips BV, etc). But, if you're under some florescent lighting, they'll look just a normal white, or even a tad yellow.

Yes..that's true..I'm looking for something that is pure white without any other lights on it.

I have the PIAA Xtreme White Bulbs in my fog lights. They're pretty white, but there is a hint of blue in them now that I think about it. There are some pics of the lights on my CarDomain page if you'd like to see them.
