Upgradable options

I had searched around for posts concerning this and either noone replied or there were completly mixed answers.
My question is, does anyone know if you can add the Cold Weather/Deluxe Seating Package to an existing 4th gen currently without one?
1) Front seat side air bags (don't care about this one, $$$)
2) Heated Front Seats (???)
3) Heated Outside Mirrors (I've heard all are already wired for this, ???)
4) Low windshield-washer fluid warning light (I know you can add this )
5) Heavy Duty Battery (obviously)
Any response on any of the following would be great. I ask this because I am thinking about buying a 97 without leather, adding it, and as many options that were left out from the factory as possible. Thanks.
