What factory CD player fits 95 Maxima?

I want to upgrade my wifes 95 Maxima ( or maybe it's a 96?) to a factory CD player. She just has the cassette player now. What can I look for in used factory CD players and what other models will fit?

I have the stock regular 1-DIN cassette (made by Clarion) and I added the Nissan 6-disc in-dash changer. It's clean, stock and works perfectly with the headunit.

See the link above, there's a link for the changer at $199 . I don't know if they still have them at that price.

Edit: I can't post the pic but I can e-mail it, not high quality but let me know if you want it.

Don't know if this will help:

On my 95, it was actually pre-wired for the CD changer. However, the changer illumination would not function properly.

I used the jumper harness and it worked great. Turns out the prewiring was missing one wire. I would suggest you try the prewiring first (it's easier that way) but if your illumination doesn't work correctly, then use the jumper harness.

Try this before you put everything back together. Have fun, it's a DIY (plug and play), just takes a while. DOn't break the vent/clock trim when you pry it off.

www.carstereohelp.com carries stock stereo systems for multitudes of cars, including Bose and non Bose systems.
