I see snap rings. Would these still have to be pressed out to go into a 5 speed mount?

I don't think so. IIRC, AT bushings is bigger than MT bushings.

Red Lion just sells the inserts. I am selling the insert pressed into the mounts already.
*Aluminum mounts to be precise, not steel *
