Short answer: No.

Long answer: Each of the issues you mentioned relate to external components, e.g., the IACV, EGR, and any sensors that may throw a CEL. Thus, you will only have those sorts of issues if you do not properly install an IACV, the EGR components, etc. Until I installed the headers, I had EGR and IACV hooked up and, thus, had no issues with them (e.g., no EGR codes and no cold starts). Because the headers had no EGR port, I had to disconnect the EGR and, accordingly, got a code. So to summarize, the motor has no issues, and, with respect to the issues you're asking about, that will all depend on how you configure the relevant external components.

I actually realized that I cannot sell them because I need them to roll the car away. Try eBay -- I've bought some there before.

Just so that no one is worried by this, I'd like to let you know that I called Matt w/in 5 minutes of this posting (after excusing myself from dinner) and believe we cleared everything up. For some reason, Matt got a "this number has been disconnected" message when he tried calling my brother. The number still works for me, so I'm unsure what caused this, but I have provided Matt with an alternate number and believe we're good to go.

I was also in communication with Matt via text earlier during dinner and told him I would call him back, but I can understand that he'd be worried about a number disconnected message.

Matt -- per our conversation, I'll send you information regarding the first available pickup date once I have a chance to talk to my brother this evening, and will confirm via telephone tomorrow.

How much would be lowest you'd let the ECU go for? And would it be compatible with a 96 4-speed auto or would I have to sent it out to get reflashed?

It won't work because it's for a 5spd. Thanks for your interest.

Thanks for the picture. Any chance I would be able to pick up just the stick, without the linkage? I'm looking to use it as a prototype to cut and re-weld as a short-shifter.

I'm interested in the 5speed shift bezel. Buying one but like to have a backup cause there hard to come by. Also interested in radio bezel with drws. And center vents.
If there not sold already. Thanks

The driver's side skirt is fixable according to a body guy who posted earlier in the thread, and the passenger's is fine. Would you drive down from PA to pick up?
