300zx Calipers/brackets/lines/rotors

I have a set of 300zx calipers for sale. This is an offshoot of a previous thread i made about a year ago.

The calipers have been on my car for about a year, and then have been sitting in the tool shed for about 2 after the car was wrecked. The calipers themselves are in decent condition from what i could tell. At the worst you will have to rebuild them again. Its something like a $30 seal kit, plus an hour or so of work. Ine of the lines might be somewhat rusty. So you might need a new set. The pads have plenty of life left. The rotors also have a film of rust on them which will come off with sandpaper, or a better idea is to have them resurfaced. Brackets are fine.

I would like to get $175 for everything.

Aluminum 30mm calipers. Brackets are Jeff92SE's If i remember right. I am located in Atlanta GA. The only way ill part the brackets is if whoever buys the calipers doesnt need them.

Ok guys, sorry for the delay. I went to the post office to get shipping estimates.

West Coast: whole kit ~$60; calipers ~$30
North East: whole kit ~ $40 calipers ~$20
South East: whole kit ~$30 calipers ~$20
Mid west (guessing) whole kit ~50 calipers ~25

Since there are several of you who have emailed me over the course of this post, I need to sort out who has priority. The price is a firm 175 + shipping.

UPDATE: I have 2 serious buyers in the queue. If neither of those happen ill figure out who is the next in line.

DISCLAIMER: Due to a recent less than smooth transaction with my gauges, I'd like to make a disclaimer about this kit.

The main part of this is the calipers. These are the not so easy to find parts. Everything else is mostly a throw in. The rotors are 13" Cobra rotors and they have a fair amount of rust on them. You should be able to have them resurfaced or you might have to toss them. Or you could go with the original 300zx rotors and mill them down. Or get the 12.6 kit. If you stick with the 13" you will need the hub rings. One of the SS lines has visible rust on the connector piece. You might be able to use it but its probably safer to get a new set.

Calipers. Keep in mind, these calipers have been on my car for a year, and then they have been sitting in a non climate controlled area for 2 years. They came off a car that was made in the early 90s and they are now at least 15 years old. They were bought from a junk yard, for more than I am selling them now, and arrived in horrible condition. They were completely dismantled, cleaned, and powder coated, then reassembled with new seals. Again, this was over 3 years ago. So i cant tell you what exactly needs to be done to get them working on your car. Maybe nothing, maybe same thing I had to do.

This kit is in no way complete and in no way guaranteed to function without having work put into it.

This will put some of you off and this is fine. If you are next in line to buy these I completely understand if you change your mind.

Once again. The core of this package is the 30mm aluminum 300zx 4 piston brake calipers, powder coated red, which most likely require work to be in their top shape. If you are not able to invest the time and money into getting this package onto your car, this thread is not for you.
