were these good when on the car? can you push down the shocks with your fingers? I'm sending in my tokicos for replacement warranty so these will do the job well. Please let me know honestly if they are good shocks still or if they are dead

I had to ask to make sure thats all. are the springs still compressed and bolted down so all i have to do it bolt on?
