its going to depend on the car and mods it has. gains will be greater for 5th gens with pre-cats in their headers than 4th gens with pre-cats in their y-pipe. but gains are still gains.

Also have vq35de valve covers for sale. $30shipped
and utec wired to work with 5.5th gens. $500 shipped (its in a thread in the 5th gen section)
