I was able to find a new one just a bit cheaper, but I was lucky. Still this is a good price.

Should fit a 97 fine, just be tucked under the bumper about 1 inch.. (97 Bumper cover is 1 inch longer) Bump for you, sir..

I was told by a shop it doesn't fit a 97-99. Something about brake lines are a bit different.
