Hi Flow Catalytic Converter Magnaflow

Brand new in box performance part made by Magnaflow. It is a stainless steel mirror finish with 2.25 inch inlet/outlet pipe. Part #94305. Link to exact piece below. Cleaning house for upcoming move - it's gotta go $40

to be honest, I'm not sure about the need for welding. It's supposed to be a direct fit piece which leads me to believe that it may slide directly into your inlet and outlet pipes.

How could it slide in? The OEM cat has to be bolted onto the flanges of the y pipe and the B pipe.
