How are the bolt hole threads? Do I need to tap them out larger?

How are the bolt hole threads? Do I need to tap them out larger?
I removed bolts from every bolt hole but the top one on the drivers side. I wouldn't enlarge them but it wouldn't hurt to run a tap to clean up the threads. I can't screw the bolts in all the way by hand.
