97-99 is a completely different looking bumper than the 95-96 bumpers. you will need a 97-99 bumper so your fog lights and grille will fit. However, a 95-96 bumper will fit on your car.

97-99 have a slightly wider bumper. if u look at the trunk and back its more longer back out than the older models.
