are the Altima SE-R Seats a direct bolt in to a 4th gen maxima?

Things I have replaced on my Maxima, Steering wheel, door panels, carpeting, roof panel/sun visors, 15" steel rims to 16" SE rims, I30 chrome door handles, I30 woodtrim, I30 auto mirror. Mods, AC electric outlet under passenger seat, USB cable to the ECU for laptop monitoring.
FS: door handles, switchs , lights, armrest
FS: I30 Tan leather seats

SE-R seats are not a direct bolt in part. frames will probably have to be swapped over. No idea what else since I never got around to looking into it. I will have pics tomorrow sometime.
