When using NOS properly, which I'm sure Ramberg does, running with the incorrect octane gas would be a bigger concern. The reason being that many people underestimate the damage of driving with improper fuel. In most cases, higher octane gas above what's recommended by the manufacturer will bring very minimal to no performance gains when you start deviating from what the engine was built to run on.
