A warning to anyone with an UDP
This is the result of a 2 year old Motostrom UDP. The bolts holding the timing ring on the back came out over time and caused a catastrophic failure. I would think that anyone running a TRUE 3.5 with TRUE 3.5 timing would be safe as there is no timing ring that is bolted to the pulley.
Just a word of advice, ditch your aftermarket pulley and deal with losing the 1.5 horse power you gained.
Metal shavings in the timing case and oil pan FTL!
