If you would have read how to transfer the thermistor to a 2001 MAF it is like 100$. This is a decent replacement part cost and I would think worth the risk of keeping the Berk on there now. If the MAF does fry, perhaps it will be after the same amount of miles you have on your car now and not in 2 days like you fear.

Ok thnx...I think im gonna put it back when my hand is healed.I got into a work accident last monday cutted my hand really bad.Needed 30 stitches to get it "fixed" and I can barely move it now :S Life sucks for now lol
