Does the noise go away when you brake? I had a similar noise and it turned out to be the brake pads. There was just enough contact btw the pads and rotors that they would squeak, but when I put my foot on the brake the noise went away. The squeaking seemed to be dependent on temp/humidity. New pads fixed it.
