Think the steering rack went bad

Here's a video of my car making noise when I turn the steering wheel to see if you guys can confirm if it is the steering rack or something else. I wanna say that it's the steering rack because the noise is not coming from the suspension (springs, struts, ball joints) ATF is on level on the power steering reservoir and I replaced the steering rack bushings last June.

My Mustang did that awful screeching, but replacing the inner tie rods and ball joints/ outer tie rod ends solved it. No idea which was the cause of the problem though.

Double-checking and I did the inner tie rod ends (moog) along with the bushings. I wonder if the tie rod ends prematurely failed. I will say that I haven't replaced the struts at least 5 years ago, but I do believe the noise is coming from right in the center.

I also remembered that the rack is remaned and installed around that same time as the struts, I think way before that.

Gotta find someone to steer while I pinpoint the noise.

Does it do it when going over bumps as well or only doing it when turning the wheel? Only stationary or even when moving?

It only makes the noise when turning the wheel. So far I only paid close attention when stationary and it makes the noise at idle and around 3k RPM. When moving, I only noticed when I make turns from a stop.
