Where to attach stillen front lip

So I was curious how/where everyone has installed their Stillen Front lip? I noticed in the front center it seems to sit lower and I figure it should be level and straight across. I have it anchored on the sides and as close as I can to the fog lights. I'm curious if there was something I'm missing to get the middle to perk up more? I can attach pics in the morning. Thanks.

Flip the middle "flap" so that it's resting ABOVE the lower stock bumper valence and not under it

I have that flap flipped above the stock bumper, still slightly sags. I put a hole in the center then used a black zip tie to pull it up slightly. Looks alot better and you can't even see the zip tie unless your looking for it.

Thanks for the tips!
