1990 GXE auto 110.000mi

Anyone know what the differance between the different relay colors????
I have a blue and green that have the same plug, same diagram on top, different numbers.
In the manual both seem to be wired the same.

This is for the ECCS (Eng Cont) and ASCD (cruse control) relays.

There should be a diagram on top of the relays which would indicate the differences. Other than possibly a difference in amperage capacity.....I would say the most logical difference would be one operates in a normally open position while the other operates in a normally closed position.

I have several of these relays in my garage. If you need a replacement, you can have it for shipping.

The diagram is the same on both.
In the manual, it shows the same wiring.
I'm thinking the different color may have something to do with the amount of amps it can handle.

I looked it up in the fsm and in the electrical section, it does not even list a green relay. So, in Nissan terms, the green must be non-standard....whatever that means. It still seems it is a difference of amperage capacity.

The FSM I have list the green and blue as the same wiring, but doesn't tell what the deference is.
