If that was the case, I'd probably just get a different style wheel. BBS seems to be really picky about their sizes- not a whole lot of combinations you can go with unless some manufacturer used them as an OE wheel (Mine came off a camry), the next size is up is 17x8 with the same offset IIRC, and I don't think I've came across a BBS with the same center bore as the maxima takes, I had to get mine machined 9mm for them to fit.

Pearl93VE...Boy, those wheels or should I say that style is one of my favorite of all! That style inspired me to pick the wheels on my 5.5 gen! The fingers are longer and they're 18" rims.......Sorry 3rd Gens...I mean no disrespect!

Rejoin us Goon9. There's still much unfinished innovations for the Maxima.

I'm tempted at times, but I'm truly done with with fwd projects.

I had 4 gen wheels, they had too much positive offset.

1991Maxima1991> Regarding 18" wheels fitting nicely on the 3rd gens.... I think they do too but, I chose 17" wheels cause I didn't want to worry about going over really bad roads and I wasn't going lower than a 45% aspect ratio! I noticed that 225 or 235/40 are super stiff in the sidewall and I wanted to soften it up just a bit, but not too much....

o ok i gotcha.. i personally would liek 19"s just because i want the wheel to fill more of the fenderwell but 17" would deff give a better drop and faster a/4 time

Cmax, I know I'm a little late here but it definitely would've been easier to pick if you had the pics all from the same angle with different wheels on

I actually have 4 2003 Titanium Edition wheels sitting in my garage waiting for some rubber... deciding whether tossing them on my 3rd gen and giving the gf my 97 SE wheels for her 97 SE. We'll see, I just may keep the 97s on the 93 and give her the 03s

I'm gonna vote for the 5.5 gen wheels > stock 15s > 5 spokers

I miss my old 5gen wheels on my maxima. A semi crossed the line on a 2 way road and my wife had to pull to the shoulder. Bent the rims and bulged the tires.
