How to install fog lights

Got some fog lights i want to install on my maxima, original lamps, but I cant see any place to screw the lamp in, there are 2 holes in the bracket on the lamps, but I can't see any matching holes in the bumper to attach it to (have removed the plastic covering fog lamp holes).

Only thing back in there are 1 big long bolt going upwards, is there supposed to be another bracket under there?

They should be there, keep looking. You'll need an extension.

These are the ultimate foglights for a 3rd gen, keep the Oem headlight and supplement them with these:

Some of you must have mounted these fog lights, and know if it's supposed to be another bracket in there?

Thanks:=)
