TPS malfunction or Transmission?

TPS malfunction or Transmission?
Well much has happened to my max in the past few months (I'll update my threads on that later) but I'm having an issue with a shudder or shake at certain speeds and RPMs. 45mph and 65~85mph. Letting off or stepping on the gas will make it go away... though if it was just at 45mph I wouldn't care since I'm not going that slow to often.
Note: I just replace engine and transmission. My max had this issue prior to the swaps BUT it was ONLY at the 45mph mark.
I've done some searching and looking around; most point to the TPS being the culprit. Though there's a remote possibility that the tranny could be at fault too.
Regardless, these are my TPS readings:
Closed = .817KOhms
2/3 Open = 3.86KOhms
WOT = 6.34KOhms
It seems a little lower than what should be expected for the TPS, but is it significant enough to be considered a failure? I'd like to spend less money on this fix than having the shop pull the tranny for R&D.
Thanks!
Also Note I have cleaned out the TPS (Wikings instructions of flooding the compartment with electronics cleaner and resealing).

Close to it... this is just a major annoyance... and I'm heading up to Dallas soon for training and I want this out of the way before I head up there...
So any suggestions folks?
The adjustment screws on the TPS allow you to slide the box forward and back correct? That should be how you achieve the different voltages if it needs adjustment?
