My car has a weird pulling condition. When I let go of the steering wheel, it pulsates. So it would slowly pulsate and every time it does it, it pulls a few degrees to the right.

I tried to inspect the tires today but didn't find much wrong with it.
One thing I did notice is that when I drive forward, the steering pulsates to the right. However, when I go reverse, the steering pulsates to the left.
Very odd, could this be related to the tranny or something?

90% of pulls is tire related,,control arms and ball joints usually last 200k miles and are easy to replace but costly
Bad control arm bushings seem to be a pretty frequent problem judging from posts to the forums, especially if you have an oil leak. I just replaced my control arms and ball joints last year, they may be expensive to have done at a shop but they are very easy to change yourself and the parts are cheap. I got mine from internetautomart and I think it was aroune $80 total, it made a huge difference in the ride quality. That being said it could be a tire, my escape had the same symptoms when one of the belts separated.
a nice update, finally got around to work on the car;
I was about to rotate the tires when I saw a huge bubble on the front right tire. Got it changed, now runs smooth like anything.

Oh really? Sounds *** backward to me! Most vibration problem from 55-65mph are tire related! Most car that pull one way under hard or moderate acceleration then the opposite way in deceleration or braking are worn component such as LCA bushings, wheel bearings. Worn balljoints tend to oscillate/bounce after hitting sharp bumps, warped/bent rims vibrate or wobble proportional to speed, Tierod end tend to vibrate like a wheel balance issue but not just 55-65 mph but more violent the faster you go...
