Electrical: where do all the power windows send their signal to?

Hey All,

Got a little issue here. I swapped over a wiring harness in my 89 SE because part of the harness got chewed up and would constantly short to ground. I didn't bother just fixing a certain part, because many parts of the harness were bad.

So my 89 SE is the car with the messed up harness, and I put in a harness from my 90 GXE. I swapped all the harnesses (interior and engine bay).

Now after I did the swap, everything works fine, except that i can only control the windows from the main switch on the driver door. I cannot control the windows from any of the passenger controls. I swapped in a good master window switch, but same thing.

any ideas?

thanks everyone
