well (i'm assuming) you still have the bose.
your problem could be
when you wired the unit up there's a wire that sends a signal to your power antenna AND bose relay.
or either you have the constant power mixed up with the acc power...

actually 2 wires on the factory and 1 wire on the aftermarket. they probably hooked up the amp turn on circuit to an ign on circuit rather than an acc on circuit.

actually, the weird things I see are person with three posts starting a new thread with the most vague title in the world.
the subject is not really all that weird, especially if you are the one who installed the stereo, and left the stock speakers in.

just bypass the bose system by connecting wires straight to the speakers....or rewire ur system...i don like to be disturbed when i m listening to the music so thats wat i did....and ya its not weird its a technical problem.
