good point, lol...why? BUT there are screws that you just remove to take everything off. The backside of the gauge face has double sided tape that you need to pull apart. Be carefull and watch for the needle stop so that you don't break it off.

thanks. do you think i might find some se gauges at a junk yard? and i bought just gauge faces from import intelligence, here is a link to the faces.

http://importintelligence.com/FMPro?...dex.html&-Edit

and i have to take the stock faces off, run them under warm water, put them over the stock faces with some vinyl application fluid, then let them dry. the only reason i asked that question is because the gas and water face is glued to the plastic thing behind it, and i didnt want to take it off right away because there are no screws to hold it on like on the mph and tach. so. yea

take a pair of wire cutters and wrap them around the needle and life up. the pin that holds them down will come up with them. when u put them on fill your gas tank up then push the pin back in. and put the temp gauge needle back in when you car has been sitting in the shade for awhile. then put the covor back on and the full set up

find an se at the junkyard and find se guages.
those guages you ordered look wrong.. unless a GXE redlines at 6k?
I thought it was 6500 like the SE.
And that speedo (on my se, would be telling lies.. the 105mph mark is where id be doing 115mph)
gxes guages are the same, just black?
