Radiator

The maxima i just recently bought doesnt have the correct size radiator in it... its too short for the car and the cooling fans dont bolt on right. Since i am going to replace it my question is... Is there a difference between an auto transmission radiator and a manual cars radiator? I know the auto cars have a tranny cooler and i didnt know if the manuals were different because of this. Also does the VE have the same radiator as the VG? Thanks.

all radiators are interchangeable.
your manual trans can use the A/T radiator with no problems. I only suggest that you block off the trans cooler connectors to keep bugs and **** out

Is one radiator better than another? Which one would you recommend? I dont plan on having the car more than 4 years probably if that influences anything.

There is a difference between the VE VG automatic radiator. The one for the VE has a dual core or something. If you don't get the one for the VE you will have overheating problems.

depends on which you prefer more.
OE is plastic and metal, which will be lighter than an all metal.
some people prefer all metal even though it weighs more. it does have the ability to dent rather than crack if it's damaged though
