Vibrating at speed (edit: Wheel bearing?)

This didnt happen before I did my 5 speed swap. I replaced the left axle, but the right is origional as far as I know. Car has 140k on it.

It shakes at highway speeds. I can feel it with my feet through the floor, and the steering wheel shakes left/right. Whats wrong? I miss being able to cruise smoothly at 90 mph.

In case it matters, I didnt keep track of the left/right front wheels when I did the swap so they could be reversed for all I know.

Took it to NTB for an alignment and wheel ballance, and they said it has a bad wheel bearing

Assuming I take the hub off the car myself and take it to a machine shop, how much should it cost for a new bearing + pressing it in?

Call, ask. Their minimum charge is my bet.

go to autozone to get the bearing and i would recomend replacing both the iner and outer seal since they usually get damaged in the removal process

1 bearing 30$
2 seals 20$

labor maybe 50$?
