Still keeping the maxima but I just bought a 1995 m3. Daytona Violet with black sport interior. Its a 5 speed. Needs little maintanence issues but nothing big. Has 153,000 miles but compression is excellent. Enjoy the pics and I will still be around.

Nice car. How much did it cost.
My friend had a 94 325i. He was always complaining about how much parts were to get it fixed. He sold it a few months ago and bought an Infinit G20

Looks pretty good inside and out. But like everyone has said the price of parts and maintenence will make you pull your hair out.

Well I will be doing most of the repairs myself and from the dealer I get a 20% off and no tax so parts aren't that bad. Aftermarket parts is more than the maxima but not bad due to a sponsorship through my good friend. I paid $9300.00. Car pulls great and all. Just needs the following;

struts and shocks, replacing them with FK coil-overs highsports.
steering pump makes noise, getting a used good unit.
power steering lines and thats it.

Mr.Gone......traitor....how do you figure? I still kept my 3rd gen VE, and all that really matters is that my car is better than yours

Sorry to hear that about your friend but thats the first time I ever heard something liked that happening to an M3. Well lets just hope it doesn't happen to me.

nice man!!!! that M3 is one of my dreamcars and it actually being attainable is starting to **** me off cause I'm seeing so many of those exact models now for $10-14k, and I'm broke....and IMO those were the best looking ones

Shawn those are the vader sport seats, I told you I wouldn't buy one if the car didn't have them. Yea the E39 5-series is a very nice car. Turbo will come eventually but hopefully when I put the turbo I will be putting a 3.2 motor also and keeping the OBD-I set up on the car now. Well right now I just want the car to enjoy and in the two weeks I have owned it I love it even thought it does needs shocks and does hit bumps hard. Everyone, thanks for the kind words. Thank God the maxima is working fine and well hooked up so now I can concentrate on putting money into the M3.

Jason, Juan, Joe, Matt and Michael thanks for the kind words. Jason I will get it to your house once the suspension is in, I really don't like driving it the way it hits bumps and NYC doesn't help in promoting the noise. Also I didn't buy it because you bought another car . Joe you can't try out the clutch

internetautomar thats good to know, when I need something I will definitely contact you.

kikcaffine, once the car is up to date with the maintenance stuff I will be looking into buying ZKW ellipsoids with DDE enhanced in them, this is what they look like and thats the set up I want eventually.

VG Ill Ridah this car will sleep during the winter, I have my VE monster to get me through the winter

Car looks good, I am liking the interior. Let us know how it drives when you get it all fixed. A buddy of mine has a 95 M3 CSL which came from the factory basically race ready and stripped down.

www.um-nitza.com thats where your dad needs to call if he wants DDE's for his 7-series.

I want to see what an E36 CSL looks like, CSL from what I know is only available out of the United States and only in the e46 chasis. The crazy model of the E36 is called the lightweight. Only comes in white with the motorsport flags in the front and back.
