No, unfortunately our seats don't fold either.
Except for the seatbelts and some of the interior options, our cars have much more in common with US models than with Euro or "south east pacific" variants.

New Zealand, Australian & UK/Euro Max's have folding rear seats - possibly South African Max's as well - haven't seen any japies (pronounced yarpy's) on the .org though. US, Canadian, Japanese, Middle East & other markets don't.
