What oil should I use for high mileage?
I have about 195k miles on my car and currently I'm using the Mobil 7500mi oil. It's a synthetic blend (not fully synthetic) and I use the Nissan OEM oil filter. I change my oil every 7500 miles and I'm thinking that my car's getting old so should I switch to thicker oil? Can anyone just tell me which oil I should be using? And its grade? Thanks

If the car does not use oil between changes and does not leak, stay with what you are currently using.
Changing oil can over time cause issues due to the different additive packages in each type. High mileage oils have seal conditioners in them for instance.
A thicker oil would only rob HP and MPG (slightly) for you at this point.
