I picked up the Toyota 90915-YZZF2 filter and took it to my local Jiffy Lube and they said no problem using it on the oil change. But when the change was done they called me into the garage and my VTC were hammering (not knocking). Tech below could feel the oil rushing throught the little oil filter. I trust everybody hear but I had to take it for a road trip. Had tech replace the filter with a shop filter recommended in their books for the Maxima. Now no knock. I tend to think the previous owner had use the 10W oil as apposed to the 5W oil. Either case I don't care, cuz my Max is running quite at Idle. Any other thoughts about the thicker oil causing the rattle?
