detects ambient barometric pressure and sends the voltage signal to the ecm. as the pressure increases the voltage rises.
problem could be the harness or connectors (sensor is open or shorted) or it could be the sensor itself.
you could try to loosen and retighten your engine ground screws.
disconnect the abs. pressure sensor harness and cehck it for water.
there are other things to check too, but you need tools to do it.

this is mounted to the air duct housing. it detects air temp and sends a signal to the ecm. this problem could also be caused by the harness, or the sensor itself. try wiggling it, or disconnect and reconnecting it. if that doesn't work, again you need tools.
