yea did the report and everythig they arrested his a$$ for being drunk.So now im wondering if the guy didnt have insurance i guess my insurance is gonna pay for the damage

Ouch! Sorry to hear that man. I posted last week about the same thing. Only diff is the person I was hit by had insurance. I believe your insurance will probably have to bite the bill, which unfortunately may mean your premium going up, despite it being the other guys fault. Depends on how your policy pans out. You should check with em and see. I, like yourself would of got smacked in the doors too, had other vehicle been going a little faster. Some metal piece in the rear of her vehicle snagged my rear wheel well and gauged it up pretty bad. She' s in the shop now and not due back for another week!

well taking it tomorrow morning to start on the car that has been hit 9 times!!!Yup thats right just like a cat shes dead to me now so im selling it to my sis for 3000 and let her do whatever she wants to do with it. Now just riding in my INFINITI G35!!
