gauging interest: 3rd Gen Carbon Fiber Hood (Fiber Images) for sale

Hi guys, I've had my 3rd gens CF hood (fiber images made it back in the day when they made a 10 hood prototype batch) sitting in my garage (boxed up) for a while. The hood has 2 holes from sparco pins that were installed when the hood was on my car.

I have some pics, I'll get them up asap but I really want to see if there is any interest on here first before working at this more.

I am in Southern California, and local pickup is definitely preferred (not even sure how to ship something like this).

originally i believe i paid about $750 for the hood (it's been a while), but I would probably be asking $450 for it, hood pins included.

dam if you werent so far away id give you friggin $1000 for it, theyre impossible to find anymore, you have to go custom

I'm sure he would happy to ship it to you if you gave him $1,000.

I wouldn't call carbon fiber hoods "custom", more like a customary mod that simply shows that you're into the scene. "Custom" is making something that is one of a kind through fabrication and innovation.

yes, $1000 would be worth figuring out shipping for the hood. at this point i'd much rather prefer a local sale just for the ease of the transaction.
